1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Phumpanya Lab website at phumpanyalab.biz and any courses you purchase or access through it. By browsing the site or submitting an enrolment enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Courses

Phumpanya Lab offers the following online courses:

• Programming Foundations — six weeks, suitable for complete beginners, ฿1,450.
• Working with Data — ten weeks, requires basic Python knowledge, ฿2,840.
• Generative AI Projects — fourteen weeks, for learners ready to build real applications, ฿4,160.

Course content, duration, and pricing are subject to periodic review. We will give enrolled students reasonable notice before making any changes that affect their ongoing study.

3. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed once we have received your completed enquiry form and processed payment. We will send a confirmation to the email address you provide.

Course fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). All payments must be made in full before course access is granted, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to decline an enrolment if a course is full, or if we reasonably believe it may not be suitable for the applicant at that time. In such cases, any fee already received will be returned in full.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

We want enrolment to feel like a considered, low-risk decision:

• If you cancel before the course start date, we will refund the full fee.
• If you cancel within the first week of a course, we will refund 50% of the fee.
• After the first week of a course has passed, fees are non-refundable, though you may request a transfer to a future cohort where places allow.

5. Access and Course Materials

Upon enrolment, you will receive access to course recordings, reading materials, and the relevant mentor communication channels. Access is personal and non-transferable.

You are welcome to review materials at your own pace during and after your course period. We aim to keep materials accessible for at least twelve months after your cohort ends.

All course materials are the intellectual property of Phumpanya Lab. You may use them for your own learning but may not redistribute, sell, or reproduce them without our written permission.

6. Student Responsibilities

To get the most from a course and to be fair to other learners and our mentors, we ask that you:

• Engage with course content and assignments with reasonable effort.
• Treat mentors, staff, and fellow students with courtesy and respect.
• Submit your own work and not misrepresent others' work as your own.
• Use any AI tools responsibly, as guided within the course.
• Keep course access credentials secure and not share them with others.

We reserve the right to withdraw access if a student's conduct causes harm to others or disrupts the learning environment, without a refund obligation.

7. Mentor Feedback and Support

Mentor feedback is a valued part of our courses, and we take care to provide it thoughtfully. Response times depend on the course structure — we will communicate expected turnaround times at the start of each course.

Mentors provide educational guidance. They are not providing professional IT, legal, or financial advice. Any decisions you make based on your learning are your own responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver courses to a high standard, but we cannot make assurances about specific outcomes such as employment, income, or technical proficiency levels. Learning results depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and application.

Our liability to you in connection with any course or use of this website is limited to the fee you have paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of income or opportunity.

This limitation does not apply where Thai law does not permit such exclusion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, and design elements — belongs to Phumpanya Lab or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Work you produce during a course remains yours. By sharing it with mentors or in cohort forums, you grant us permission to use it anonymously for educational illustration purposes, unless you ask us not to.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. We will notify enrolled students of material changes by email before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless we mutually agree to another resolution process.
